The restaurant is located in the historic Napa Mill, the entertainment hub in downtown Napa, with a charming courtyard, great food, and an award-winning wine list.

Celadon is the type of place that if you didn't know it was there, you might walk right by without realizing what you were missing. Tucked in a shaded, garden-like walkway just off the Napa River, Celadon is located in the Historic Napa Mill. Diners have the option to sit in the courtyard or the dining room, but with weathered brick walls and a fireplace, the rustic courtyard is especially cozy.

Celadon, owned by Chef Greg Cole, is far and away the city of Napa’s most popular restaurant, and for good reason. It is easy to find though, located in the Historic Napa Mill Building and well worth the visit.

Cole's Chop House, Celadon, Tuscany, Allegeria, Belle Arti, Pearl's, Uva, Kelly's all serve excellent food. Another newer place in the Hatt Building that I can't remember the name of is supposed to be pretty good. I haven't been there yet, but my wife thought it was good.
