I visited Kabuki Japanese Steakhouse a couple of weeks ago before catching a movie across the street, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. I dined solo and was seated at a hibachi table with a few other guests—a couple with their young child and a woman with her two kids. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and not overly crowded—just the right vibe for a relaxing dinner.

I ordered the scallop hibachi dinner with a side of sushi, and everything was cooked exactly how I wanted it. The scallops were tender and flavorful, and the sushi was fresh and balanced perfectly. I was running late for my movie, so I had to leave a little early and ended up taking most of my meal to go—but it held up great and I enjoyed it while watching my film.

The service was on point—everyone was courteous, attentive, and humble. The chef at the grill was skilled and engaging, making the dining experience even better.

Whether you’re stopping in for a full dinner or just grabbing something quick before a movie, I’d definitely recommend Kabuki. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere."

"The experience was nice. The health score was 89, which is low for me. I didn't see it because it wasn't posted on the wall. It was propped up behind the counter.
The lemon drop martini was a 5/10."

"Came here for work lunch and did the hibachi lunch menu. Went with the shrimp hibachi with rice and vegetables. The rice portion was huge and I chose not to eat it all, vegetable portion was average but was disappointed with only receiving 6 shrimp. I guess that’s their lunch portion consists of but would have been nice to have a couple more. Service was reasonably quick and staff was friendly. For lunch, you are looking with drink and before tip about $15 to $20 per person. If I was over this way more often, it may be a place I would visit but since I’m not close by, I wouldn’t be able to visit often."
