Reviews Summary

Diners consistently praise Mas Café for its exceptional coffee, particularly the chai and lattes, and delightful homemade pastries. The cafe's charming atmosphere and curated local goods add to its appeal. While service is generally friendly and fast, the lack of seating can be a drawback for some, and one TripAdvisor review mentioned a significant issue with hair in food, coupled with a poor management response.

"What a gem! I am so sad we didn’t find this place until our last day in town. This was one of the best drink + pastry breakfasts we’ve ever had on our National Parks travels.

I had the chai, which was so spicy and phenomenal. The chai that dreams are made of.

My husband had a hazelnut oat latte and really enjoyed it too.

For pastries, we had the banana bread which was the PERFECT texture - not too oily, the perfect density, and a great banana flavor. We also had the cherry yogurt pastry. It had a wonderful texture, really nice tart cherry flavor, and a delicious flaky crust.

The staff were friendly, happy to answer questions, and the shop itself was a gem. Lots of local pottery, tee shirts, and foodie gifts that were perfectly curated for the setting. A nice touch was the plants that were potted in containers their ingredients come in.

We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in town."

"Stopped in after finding on Goggle maps while on a multi state motorcycle ride. I’m not much for drama or embellishment- but - my oat milk mocha was the best coffee I have ever had. I’m not sure how- but it was not too sweet, not bitter and had a smooth taste. Way to go!"

"In Moab for a few days and decided to try this coffee shop, which is off the beaten path. It’s a small shop on a quiet residential street. Inside, you’ll see a counter to order — and then realize that there’s no place to sit (except for a small bench, maybe while you wait for your order). We got a super friendly greeting and service from the barista. I felt a little bad — we were the only customers there, and they looked (and sounded) extremely bored.

There was a very small selection of pastries. I decided to try a croissant along with my London Fog. The pastry was okay, and the London Fog was good. Since there was no seating inside, we found a cute little park right next door and grabbed some seats under a tree that provided much-needed shade.

I love to see independent coffee shops. However, I don’t think this one has enough (with the exception of the outstanding service) to make me want to come back.

Good luck!"
