Reviews Summary

Malibu Farm Restaurant offers a stunning oceanfront dining experience with fresh, farm-to-table dishes and accommodating service. While many praise the breathtaking views and pet-friendly atmosphere, some diners find the prices high for the food quality and mention occasional service inconsistencies. It's a popular spot for scenic meals, though a few have noted less-than-ideal experiences.

"We had an absolute incredible breakfast at Malibu Farm Restaurant! The staff was great and even made us something by request, that was not on the menu. We sat outside, watching the waves break and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was incredible. Plating on point. And portions perfect. Thank you for creating something local and perfect for the locals and those just passing through!"

"Malibu Farm is a beautiful spot right on the pier with incredible views and a laid-back yet upscale vibe. One of the highlights was how accommodating they were with our dog — we sat outside and felt totally welcome, which was a huge plus.

The food didn’t disappoint. The salmon and crab cake were both flavorful and cooked just right. The Brussels salad was okay — fresh, but not as memorable as the other dishes. We also tried the chocolate cake for dessert, and it was rich and satisfying without being overly sweet.

Drinks were great too — well-made and refreshing, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.

The only downside was the parking. The lot right next to the restaurant charged $25 on a Saturday, which felt steep, but that’s Malibu for you.

All in all, Malibu Farm is a great choice for a scenic meal, especially if you’re bringing a pup along. We’d definitely come back!"

Heewon Lee

"We visited Malibu Farm Café, but were told it was closed and the same menu was available at the restaurant — so we went ahead and got outdoor seating at the restaurant. The view alone is worth a visit — absolutely stunning, right on the pier, with a peaceful ocean breeze. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

We started with the 21 Mile Crab Cake, which looked great on the menu but was a little underwhelming. It came with caper berries, house aioli, and watermelon radish — presentation was nice, but you only get one small crab cake, and it was lacking in flavor. I’d rate it a 3.5/5 at best.

For the main, we shared the Vegan Coconut Curry — and this was the star of the meal. So flavorful, light yet filling, with roasted veggies, tofu, and rice mixed with quinoa. Highly recommend this dish if you're looking for something healthy and satisfying.

We also ordered a mint drink, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations — especially for the $15 price tag. It tasted pretty average and wasn’t refreshing at all.

I’d heard a lot of hype around Malibu Farm, especially from social media, so I came in with high expectations. While the ambience and curry were great, overall the experience felt a bit overpriced for what we got. Would I return? Maybe just for the view and a drink (if they fix the mint one 😅), but definitely not blown away."

Malibu Farm Lido:3420 Via Oporto,Ste 101Newport Beach, CA 92663 Don't think that only Malibu's pier has such a chill brunch, and Newport also has his branch. As a member of lido Village, it is naturally also a place where upscale people often gather ~~ A brunch can wait for 50-60 minutes to see that this business is not good enough ~~ Overall, the taste is medium and the environment is full, and it is very pets friendly, suitable for weekend gatherings. As for why it is called Malibu Farm , because the restaurant owner Helene Henderson is a very organic person. In order to insist on using fresh organic local ingredients, she has established an organic farm in her own home, growing vegetables and fruits, and also farming sheep, pigs and poultry animals, and even bees. So many of the ingredients in the dishes are from the founder's home. Swedish mini: It is a very good-looking dish, although it is pancake, but the main "thin" and "crisp" route. With juicy berries, it has a special flavor. The restaurant's founder, African-American, was born in Sweden and has published a book on Nordic cuisine, so this brunch is one of the classics. Green egg and ham It can meet people's requirements for brunch, protein crisp bacon and soft potato bacon in the outer scorpion, and it is nutritious and full.
