Now they’re expanding, having signed a 10-year lease for the former Roman Candle location on Monroe Street. Dan Bonanno said to expect fresh pastas, cured meats and Italian cheese, as well as sandwiches made with these things, plus olives and pasta salads, prepared freezer meals (lasagna), fresh mozzarella and prepared sauces.
