"My wife went in here to quickly grab a black coffee and a muffin. She was in there for over 10 min. She got her coffee quickly, but the muffin, which was just sitting there...not so much. Someone ordered enough food for 4 people and instead of them quickly grabbing the already made and ready to muffin...they took 10 minutes to make the food first. Literally would have taken 30 second to grab the muffin and hand it to her. Even the cashier could have used tongs to get it for her."
