That kind of step isn’t just difficult—to look at something that ain’t financially broken, which is one of the hardest things to achieve in the first place when it comes to the food industry—but definitely worthy of praise.

A wildly popular Southern restaurant in a Craftsman bungalow, The Attic on Broadway could probably get away without offering a Caesar — the Caesar, after all, is from Southern California, not the Deep South.But many needs are cared for here.
