"This place was really good. The decor was horror and Metal.🤘🏽 They had very delicious pizza for vegans or vegetarian like me and they have meats pizza for the carnivores out there . The cashiers and servers were kind while serving the food and handling the orders. I feel bad for one guy he had to kick out two homeless for our protection . He handled very well I definitely felt safe with the staff! In my opinion they deserve more than5 stars ! Really thank you for a satisfying night ! It was my husbands and my cousins first time and they were pleased to say the least 🖤👏🏽🤘🏽"

"An amazing place. Great stickers and slogans everywhere. Very cool arcade games including House of the Dead. Marvel vs Capcom tournaments. Great selection of beer including a Belgian Quad. The pizza was bomb. Takes a bit of time to make, but comes out super fresh and delicious."

"Great spot for horror and spooky fans alongside metal music lovers, they have a great selection of beers on tap. Has an awesome indoor atmosphere that’s dark and lit by various red/blue lighting that gives it a dark vibe which is pretty cool! Ordered online the slasher( pepperoni) and garlic knotts, which were extra garlic which I love! The pepperoni pizza was a little too much on the oily side but still enjoyable! Overall it’s a good spot to go to and hang out and have a couple beers and share a pizza 🤘🏻 love the box art super sick"

The essential Long Beach pizza list
While the owners of that other pizzeria have peaced out of Long Beach, leaving the space to new investors and a drop in quality, Long Beach’s OG let’s-fuck-around-with-flavors pizzeria that is The 4th Horseman continues to ride strong with local owners, Jeremy Cross and Jeremy Schott, who are genuinely invested. Bringing on Chef Mike Royal—a humble, genuinely kind soul whose love of metal music and carbs makes for a perfect pairing in the Downtown restaurant-meets-macabre art gallery—was one of the best decisions The Two Jeremys could have made: Creating yeasty wonders that act as odes to the dark side, Royal has genuinely refined the already-rad pies and taken them to a heightened level of greatness. And in all frankness, the pizza has never been better at The Horseman, especially across the past year, where Royal has truly perfected both the dough and the amount of toppings he can dare himself to pile on his pizzas.
