The Capitol Bar & Grill and/or Ashley's in The Capitol Hotel - Only 4 star in AR, Ashley's is a nice "classy" restaurant, The Capitol Bar & Grill is opposite side of the Lobby from Ashley's, much more relaxed with a few of the same things on the menu as Ashley's.

The place is immaculate, service is attentive and the food is delicious. The gumbo gets rave reviews, as it has big pieces of sausage, chicken, and duck in it. Their fried black-eyed peas are pretty addictive as well, and they offer a great draft beer selection.

It might be the St. Germain elderflower liqueur and the fresh grapefruit and lime juices, or the pretty basil and flower garnish that keep patrons coming back for more, but whatever it is, “The Debutante” is this popular bar's best-selling cocktail.
