What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Spago at Bellagio offers a memorable dining experience with stunning fountain views and exceptional service, making it ideal for celebrations. While many rave about the food, including Wolfgang Puck's classics and delectable desserts, some find the pricing to be on the higher side for certain dishes. Despite this, the overall consensus points to a high-quality experience, especially when seated on the patio.
"If we are visiting somewhere and there is a Wolfgang Puck restaurant we always try to go - and this was our first visit to Spago and it did not disappoint. The value for the meal is actually very good compared to other celebrity restaurants, such as Bobby Flay's Amalfi. Pictured is the bread basket, which was good but not spectacular, the halibut, which was fantastic, and the cheese raviloi which my wife really enjoyed. We weren't able to sit by the fountains due to a private event, but we were notified prior to our reservation of the change. Definitely recommend this restaurant."

"We made a late reservation for Spago. We were able to easily move up our reservation which was greatly appreciated.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff are caring and professional. Bobby was our waiter and he was amazing. He went the extra mile to make our celebration special.
The restaurant is open 7 days week for dinner 4:30-10 pm . They are also open for brunch Friday Saturday Sunday from 11:30-2:30.
The food was exceptional from the goat cheese salad in the beginning. We had the filet and the chicken. They both were amazing! Both the chocolate dessert and lemon dessert will remain in our thoughts and dreams for years to come as it was amazing.
Highly recommend."

"My wife and I came here for our anniversary. Our server and waiter were making sure we had everything topped off and comfortable. The view of the fountain was mesmerizing. We started with the salmon pizza and had the fillet mignon and the lamb chops. To drink, besides water, I had an Arnold Palmer that had a fresh tea and lemonade flavor, but with a hint or orange 🍊🧡. Our our server Micheal surprised us with a delectable and rich slice 🍰. Overall, a great experience."

The Best Brunch in Las Vegas, From Authentic French Bistros to 24-Hour Greasy Spoons
With its al fresco digs and large space, Spago has leaned into brunch. Guests here run the gamut from girl groups ordering pitchers of margaritas and mojitos (the pitchers have spigots), to sage older couples who have been dining on Wolf's smoked salmon pizza (a must-try, a forever classic for a reason) for decades. Accordingly, the cuisine is classic Puck: seafood towers, pizzas, the famed Chinois chicken salad that Wolfgang loyalists have all ordered a million times (and still love).
Where To Have Dinner With Clients In Las Vegas - Las Vegas
Aside from strapping on water shoes and wading right in (which we assume you know is a bad idea and probably illegal), Spago has the best view you can find of the Bellagio fountains. Make a reservation on the patio and pause the conversation every 30 minutes while a massive amount of water shoots out of the ground. The menu is a bit all over the place, with Spanish-influenced appetizers, seafood towers, and homemade pastas, and can get pretty pricey.
Best Restaurant Patios in Las Vegas: Stunning Spots for Al-Fresco Dining
Wolfgang Puck’s flagship Spago restaurant has had quite the evolution since he opened the first location in Hollywood 40 years ago. The first Las Vegas location opened in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace back in 1992, but just a few years ago relocated to the Bellagio. This latest incarnation is unquestionably its best—it’s really hard to beat the Bellagio fountains, as far as views go, patio or otherwise.
Las Vegas’ best celebrity chef restaurants
The culinary cathedral of Vegas’ original celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck, Spago is in a new location but still serves Puck classics like smoked salmon pizza, tuna cones, and white corn agnolotti. Pastry chef Romain Cornu sweetens the pot with decadent works of art. Great for: Celebrity spotting (J-Lo had her birthday party here) and viewing the dancing water show from patio tables.

Best Las Vegas Restaurants That Have Changed Locations
In 1992, despite the pundits’ belief that “nobody goes to Vegas to eat,” he opened the second branch of his game changing Los Angeles restaurant, Spago, on the Las Vegas Strip in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Puck’s instincts were right, and the pundits were wrong, and his smash hit kickstarted a tidal wave of famous restaurants and famous chef satellites in Sin City: Le Cirque, Olives, Rao’s, Carbone, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Emeril Lagasse, Thomas Keller, Michael Mina, Michael Symon, Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Nobu Matsuhisa, and a bevy of 3-Michelin Star French superstars like Joel Robuchon, Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire. Puck himself currently has four other Vegas eateries in addition to Spago, and several others that have come and gone in the three decades in between.
Theme Restaurants in Las Vegas
At this point in the game, Spago (in Caesars Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S.; tel. 702/369-6300; www.wolfgangpuck.com; dining room daily 5:30-10pm; cafe Sun-Thurs 11:30am-11pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-midnight.) represents both the best and the worst of the celebrity chef phenomenon. If you eat at Wolfgang Puck's Beverly Hills location, you might well have the very best meal of your life, but the expensive California/Asian cuisine here is simply not our first, nor even our second, choice for ways for you to spend your hard-won jackpot money.
