Reviews Summary

Nobu Las Vegas is celebrated for its exquisite Japanese cuisine, with dishes like the Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño receiving rave reviews. Diners praise the culinary artistry, fresh ingredients, and the overall elevated dining experience. However, some find the service can be inconsistent, and the high prices are a common point of discussion.

"I have been to this Nobu twice and both times my mind was blown. Sure, it's expensive. You can't avoid that if you want a good experience at Nobu. If you can get past that, it's one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

The first time I went, I had a 9-course chef's menu for around ~$300/person. This introduced me to the Black Cod and trust me, it lives up to the hype. It's insane. It's so juicy and delicious.. I'd eat this 1000 times over.

The second time I went, I had a 10-course chef's menu for around ~$450/person. This included some fancier seafood and meats (including the Black Cod).

I'd say my overall experience was similar between the two price ranges, to be honest. I didn't find my experience was much better paying the extra money, even though the food we received was arguably better.

The ambience and professionalism at Nobu is unmatched and makes for an extremely pleasant dining experience. I took a picture of all but two of my courses from the chef's menu - enjoy!"

"I was here once 10 years ago and it was just as incredible as I remember!! Our jonathan was so knowledgeable and gave us a history about the restaurant which was so fascinating. The food was absolutely phenomenal and my loved every single bite. Be prepared to spend quite a bit! With drinks, I’d say you’re probably close to $150 per person."

Stefani Brown

"Excellent experience at this upscale Japanese spot. The dining room is elegant and the service is top notch, attentive without being intrusive. Every dish tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared. It’s not cheap, but the quality is there. Perfect for celebrations or when you want something special."
