Including 5 James Beard awards, as well as two Michelin stars for Momofuku Ko in New York City. The Momofuku menu changes daily, however there are always some common dishes that pop up including the pork belly buns with hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber, and the sharable candied walnut lobster and shrimp that comes with 6 lobster tails, 18 fried shrimp, and yuzu mayonnaise, condensed milk, chilies, crispy garlic, and scallions.

This is one of the restaurants I have been eyeing on the Find Me Gluten Free app, but had not had the chance to check it out and am so happy we found the time to check it out as it was delicious. If you like contemporary Asian-American cuisine, this is the place for you!. It has become a habit of my husband and I to randomly go explore one of the casinos and stop into a restaurant without reservations & simply see if we can get spots at the bar!

I’m not sure if it classifies as fine dining, but I had the best tofu of my life at Momofuku in the Cosmopolitan.
