What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Momofuku is celebrated for its inventive Asian-American cuisine, with standout dishes like the pork belly bao and mushroom ramen receiving high praise. The restaurant offers a hip atmosphere and exceptional service, making it a favorite for both casual meals and special occasions. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, some note that certain premium dishes might not fully justify their price point.
"This was an easy meal - no lines, great view of the strip, inside the Cosmo. The food was great and decently priced. I would recommend the prix fixe menu which was $50 and 3 courses. I really recommend the smashed cucumber with Marcona almonds and the mushroom ramen. The waiter told me people order the shoju ramen all the time because it comes with pork but mushroom ramen is vegan and he likes it way better. I was blown away at home deeply flavored the mushroom broth was. I added pork belly which was a good addition. I would definitely order this ramen again. It is complex and delicious. I would not recommend the chili crunch chicken sandwich - hubby said the meat was overcooked and dry. The black sesame ice cream was good - nothing too crazy or spectacular to report on it."

"A nice, quick bite.
Very tasty dishes in a fun atmosphere. I grabbed dinner at the bar and got my food real quick. For the speed I was impressed by the quality. I tried some ribs and dumplings and they were very encouraging for the rest of the menu.
A pretty good amount of seating tucked away. More than I initially thought.
If you’re in the area and looking for some Asian flavors, this is a great choice."

"We had an incredible lunch at Momofuku Las Vegas! Since we couldn’t get a last-minute dinner reservation, we opted for a 2 PM lunch—and honestly, it turned out to be perfect. The atmosphere was relaxed, the views were absolutely spectacular, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.
We chose the chef’s select menu, and every dish was a hit. Creative, flavorful, beautifully plated—just a fantastic culinary experience all around. One of our group members has celiac disease, and we were so impressed that the restaurant provided a clearly marked gluten-free menu with options that felt just as exciting and well-crafted as the rest of the offerings.
From the food to the service to the setting, Momofuku exceeded expectations. Highly recommend booking ahead if you’re going for dinner—but lunch is an equally amazing option if you’re flexible. We’ll definitely be back!"
