What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners consistently praise Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen for its spectacular food and immersive, high-energy atmosphere that mimics the TV show. Many rave about signature dishes like the Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding, alongside impeccable service. However, some reviews note that certain dishes may not meet expectations for the price, and occasional inconsistencies in food quality are mentioned.
"Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. We ordered the scallops, lobster risotto, lamb, and the iconic beef Wellington — and every single dish was absolutely phenomenal. The risotto was rich, creamy, and perfectly buttery. The scallops were seared to perfection and bursting with flavour. Both the lamb and beef Wellington were melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked flawlessly. Every bite felt like a masterclass in fine dining. The atmosphere and service only added to the experience. Hell’s Kitchen completely exceeded my expectations — truly unforgettable."
Chloe C
"Scallops were good but didn’t quite wow us. The steaks — we had the New York strip and the filet mignon — were good, but the strip was a bit too fatty and we expected a bit more overall. Oysters were small but flavorful. The lobster tail was unfortunately overcooked and a bit of a letdown.
That said, the mac and cheese was absolutely amazing — rich, creamy, and perfectly done. And the sticky toffee pudding was the crown jewel — hands down the highlight of the meal.
The atmosphere and service were truly incredible. Our server went above and beyond, even surprising us and our son with the toffee pudding to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. That personal touch really made the night special.
Pricing came out to around $150 per person. While some dishes didn’t fully meet expectations, the experience overall — especially the service and ambiance — made it a memorable evening."
Eric Beckham
"We were with a group of over 25 people. I had low expectations. We were able to select between a couple options on a pre- selected menu. The servers were fantastic, never treated us like a tour group. The Heirloom Tomato salad was beautiful and tasty. I ordered the salmon and my husband had the world famous Beef Wellington. Both were cooked to prefect and the taste, delicious. We ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding - superb."
