Reviews Summary

Bardot Brasserie is lauded for its exquisite French cuisine, particularly its decadent brunch offerings and classic dishes like escargot. Diners rave about the sophisticated atmosphere and attentive service, making it a top choice in Las Vegas. Some note the prices are high, even for Vegas standards, and the menu has limited options for vegans and vegetarians.

"From the moment I arrived at Bardot, I was captivated by the ambiance. The rich sounds of an incredibly talented live singer set the perfect tone for a luxurious Sunday brunch. I recommended some of the best dishes on the menu, with flavors thoughtfully crafted, blending international inspiration with local finesse. What stood out just as much as the cuisine was the decor. The entire space is beautifully designed, but I couldn’t take my eyes off the stunning rose centerpiece, it added a touch of elegance that tied the whole experience together.

With globally inspired dishes, and warm hospitality, this brunch felt like something from a dream. Highly recommend the French toast, the French onion, soup, and the beef Wellington. I would travel here from anywhere just to experience it again. This is the kind of place you have to visit at least once in your life."

"Well the meals were excellent but the prices were very high, even by Vegas standards. Located on the promenade level at Aria, the restaurant is tucked into a corridor ending at the conjunction of three of the resorts premier restaurants. Nice European decor, a little dark but bar music is muted and the main dining area has very little noise and it’s easy to converse and eavesdrop. The menu is small and there is little for vegans and vegetarians. Service was spot on and the restaurant was not very busy for our early dinner, so food came quickly. The warm baguette was very nice albeit a little on the sourdough side. Wines and beers are well represented and there were a few desserts but not a lot of choice. Parking as part of the Aria resort is plentiful. Not a good fit for children but access and seating is fine for the mobility challenged. Overall we give it four Google stars and three and one/half clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale."

"It’s been a min since we last came here but at that time brunch was pretty decent. We ordered escargot, French toast, and chocolate macaron. We ordered another item but it’s no longer on the current menu. The escargot was okay, pretty puffy until you dig in. I did wish there was more filling inside for the price. The French toast was delicious. It was huge so it’s big enough to share. I liked the almond brittle with the French toast and vanilla mascarpone. It helped balance the flavors. The chocolate macaron was definitely very shareable. You can easily split this with like 2-3 people. It was sweet but not as rich as Dubai chocolate. Service was good. Prices are of course expensive. You do get good size portions for some of the items."

Restaurants in Las Vegas

Michael Mina’s stunning Belle Époque dark-wood-and-glass wonder on the mezzanine level of ARIA has, as you might expect, a decidedly French accent, and old-world glory shines in dishes such as oeufs mimosa (caviar deviled eggs), duck à l'orange salad (with duck confit and sauce remoulade), and black cod bouillabaisse. At brunch, which runs from 9 am to 2 pm, Friday through Sunday, you can indulge in brioche French toast with vanilla bean mascarpone and almond brittle, or the pastry selection that includes canelé de Bordeaux and kouign-amann. Happy hour is from 5 to 7 pm daily, accompanied by cocktails like French 75 and Le Peche Mode.
