"We had a really good lunch outing at Jackie's Too. Drinks were flavorful and cocktails were well priced. We enjoyed the crab cakes, lobster bisque and chicken wrap. The mussels were hot and buttery but some had a weird chlorine like aftertaste. Loved the presentation though and the portion was a decent size, so overall we were happy. The keylime cheesecake is highly recommended! Loved the view and the service was spot on."

I informed the server, who returned with the shell, but offered no apology. The manager also failed to acknowledge the incident or express any concern. While the food and view were acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and customer care."

"Very disappointed. Clam chowder is basically a potato soup. Broiled scallops were awful, not fresh but frozen, tasteless and overcooked. For the price it is unacceptable. The best description for this restaurant is Tourist Trap. I would not return. I now understand why they were not busy compared to the restaurants in town."
