Big Island Brewpub in Waimea makes great brew, but their food choices are kind of an afterthought. Had a wonderful lunch at Gill's Lanai in Kea'au after going to the Pololu Valley lookout with relatives. Very tasty Banh Mi sandwiches on great French rolls, fresh ahi fish and chips.

to 2 a.m.; it’s a great place to go regardless of the time of day. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night bites, their menu options will not disappoint. I personally recommend going to Humpy’s for breakfast—we liked it so much that we went back twice during our trip!
