"We visited on Monday, July 15th & the girl with the flight goggles on her head was the most rude service person I've ever encountered & the young lady making the drinks wasn't much better. No greeting, she couldn't crack a smile, no thank you, added some other customers' drink onto our tab & when it was pointed out, she claimed she couldn't see what was on our bill. The coffee itself was fine, but the service alone will ensure I never return here. If someone hates customer service & hates customers this much, she should find herself another line of employment."

In its early days, the coffee shop was actually one of the largest wholesale customers of the famous Starbucks.
