"The cream of the crop, the hidden gem, the gold standard, whatever you want to call it- this place is the best. The chef blows your mind every time. Don’t be worried about what to get the options are simple and you cannot go wrong. I had a ribeye and the date dessert 10/10. Thank you for letting us enjoy such incredible food in the middle of nowhere. This place is a blessing to the universe. The last photo is old but I’ve been coming here 10+ years and have never had a bad meal."

"Very nice small business, to go and give some love and recieve back. I ordered the 6oz steak. Came out on time and as ordered. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Mash potatos and vegatables was great. Very artistic atmosphere. I will make it a regular stop when I visit Nevada!"

Hike Pyramid Peak - Death Valley National Park

We celebrated with rib-eyes and beer and wine at Steaks and Beer restaurant, as we did last year. Tired of Las Vegas, chef Eric Scott decided to keep it simple and serve the most delicious ribeyes from a limited menu in an old, down-to-earth, unpretentious place right there at Tecopa Hot Springs Resort. Steaks are cast-iron seared, flame-grilled and finished with a balsamic reduction.

Where to Eat in Death Valley

Steaks and Beer: Locally raised t‑bones as big as a plate or butter-soft filets served with vegetables and mashed potatoes and finished with a combination of red wine, butter, and balsamic. How could a place like this exist at the very quiet backdoor of Death Valley?. The answer is Eric Scott, a Vegas chef with dreams of downsizing from cooking 700 steaks a night at STK on the Strip.
