Reviews Summary

Pinky G's Pizzeria is celebrated for its authentic New York-style pizza, with many praising the unique topping combinations and fresh ingredients. The lively atmosphere, enhanced by early 2000s pop music, adds to the experience. However, some diners have noted inconsistent service and the self-service nature of the establishment, while a few reviews mention issues with pizza preparation.

"This place is realistically closer to a 4/5 but giving it the nudge just cus of the music. Like seriously some early 2000's pop/club bangers that I was not expecting from a pizza joint. Had me bopping my head while crunching on some perfectly crisp-ified pizza. Besides the classy music taste, the pizza taste was also banging along with the several beer choices from local breweries. Do visit."

Joshua Pellow

"Pizza is actively bad. The crust was raw and tasted of flour. Somehow despite being undercooked the meatball toppings were dry and overcooked and tasted off.

Our pizza was the "meatball parm" but it was just shaved dry meat on essentially elementary school style pizza.

The salad was fine, no complaints but overpriced for a basic salad.

Also, despite dining in it they had no reusable silverware or cups."

Aly Wade

"Excellent food overall, was served an absolutely burnt Stromboli but when this was brought to their attention they did remake it, was very good. Gluten free pizza was also excellent, highly recommend. Service was off, not very friendly unfortunately, must be off day. Stromboli is more like a long calzone rather than toppings wrapped in dough and folder over several times, as is a typical Stromboli."

The pizza is over-the-top at Jackson, Wyo.'s go-to spot

Pinky G’s is in the first floor of a commercial building right on Broadway, Jackson’s main street, just half a block off its famous Town Square, with arch shaped entry gates made of intertwined elk antlers (naturally and painlessly shed) at all four corners. Because it is set back off the street, it would be easy to miss, but this would be a mistake, especially since it is one of the most reasonably priced restaurants in Wyoming’s highest rent town.

Jackson Hole: Restaurants & Nightlife Review 2025/26

Otherwise, friendly local joints like Pearl Street Bagels for coffee, sandwiches and freshly baked bagels or Pinky G’s for pizza and beers are great choices that won’t cost you an arm and a leg. If you like the sound of those then check out Liberty Burger and The Merry Piglets Mexican Grill too. For a hearty healthy meal, head to Lotus, the town's hot spot for gluten-free, vegan and locavore-friendly cuisine.

Local Guide

Pinky G’s is bringing a taste of the Big Apple to Wyoming, Montana, Washington, and our own Victor, Idaho. Founded by Tom Fay in Jackson Hole in 2011, Pinky G’s rocketed to fame a year later, when Guy Fieri shot an episode of “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” there and was blown away by their hand tossed New York-style pizzas. Stop by the newly renovated downtown Victor location for dine-in and/or take-out.
