They seemed in a rush because of the crowds which is understandable but could have easily been more polite and friendly. Said there was gluten free bread substitute but when I tried ordering one of their bread dishes with it was just told not possible in a blunt and rude way, with no further explanation why it wasn't possible. Then followed by an annoyed stared as I tried to figure out something else to order.

We loved that this cafe so much, we visited it twice while we were there. This particular one is halfway between Teton Village and Jackson – making it an easy stop for us on our way into town; although there is a Persephone bakery in the town of Jackson as well.
