What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cowboy Coffee Co. is a highly popular Jackson Hole favorite, celebrated for its exceptional in-house roasted coffee and cozy Western ambiance. While the lines can be long, many find the wait worthwhile for unique drinks like the Honey Badger Latte and flavorful breakfast sandwiches. Some guests note the coffee can be a bit over-watered or the experience somewhat chaotic due to high volume, but the overall consensus is positive, especially for those seeking a true taste of local culture.
"A favorite during our trip to Jackson - we went 3 times! The honey badger latte is warm and perfect for the weather, I converted my non-hot latte boyfriend to it after our first visit. The cowboy croissant is flavorful and just the right amount of food for breakfast.
Plus side, they were dog friendly - it’s always best to ask before entering (especially a restaurant) but Jackson proved to be just as dog friendly as it claimed to be.
Decent amount of seating available."

"This is a very popular spot so bring your patience and a smile. The line is long but looks seem to be deceiving here. The line to order takes the most time, we were at the door and it took about 8 minutes to reach the counter. Once you order though, the food and drinks come quick. The breakfast sandwiches are premade but are kept warm under a lamp. If you need a substitution on the food, they will then make it to order which came out just as my latte was finished. The cowboy biscuits were good."

"We visited Cowboy Coffee Co. two mornings in a row and loved it. It does get busy as the morning goes on, so arriving early is definitely worth it. I ordered an iced latte with four shots - the espresso had a smooth, rich chocolate note that stood out. I also had the Cowboy Croissant (with sausage and no red peppers), and it was fantastic. This place ended up being a food highlight of our trip in the area."
