"If you’re looking for a hearty start to your day in Jackson Hole, Bubba’s Breakfast and BBQ is an absolute must. I recently tried their breakfast burrito, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
This burrito comes generously smothered in a blend of different cheeses and a zesty green chili sauce that packs just enough heat without overpowering the flavors. Inside, it’s stuffed with huge chunks of savory chorizo sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and even more melty cheese, all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.
On the side, the hash browns were cooked to golden perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right.
The coffee flowed freely, keeping me warm and caffeinated on a chilly mountain morning. To top it off, the service was super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
And let’s not forget the view: from my seat, I could see some of the ski runs at Jackson Hole, adding a perfect touch of local charm to the experience.
