Like all drool-worthy, hole-in-the-wall spots, you kinda need to know someone to find this punk food truck on West Green Street, even though it’s been operational since 2012. Believe it or not, the chef is famous for preparing homemade pasta in a parking lot, often with local ingredients. Old favorites include decadent penne alla vodka, pasta with roasted poblano walnut cream sauce and carbonara, but there’s also often vegan-friendly and gluten-free options on deck.

Vico’s Circus Truck took our top awards this year in the Best Food Truck category. Vico sets up his hand-made truck at regular hours in a lot on the corner of Meadow Street (Rt. 13) and West Seneca Street to avoid hassle, since the city as yet has no program for food truck permits. Check out the menu on Monday to Thursday for breakfast and lunch, and Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m.
