"This is a must to visit when you’re in Hawaii. I had the Butter garlic shrimp (#1) and it is just divine. The shrimp is cooked to perfection, seasoning is just right and very flavourful. The salad is a good portion and refreshing with the dish. I’m not actually sure if it had its own dressing or maybe the garlic butter from the shrimp got mixed with the salad. Either way it was delicious. The rice they use is of high quality. It’s soft and somewhat sticky, like something you would use for sushi.
The two guys working there were very polite and friendly. I always appreciate great smiles and good service.
Some of the other customers around suggested to take it to go but I preferred to sit there and enjoy. The weather was nice and it wasn’t too hot, besides they have plenty of seating space, perfect for big groups too."
