"Linear Restaurant right at the edge of the Grand River is a great place for a meal. Seating available indoors and patios either right by the restaurant or right by the river’s edge. The menu has an interesting and broad selection that accommodates a variety of dietary restrictions. The food was served fresh and delicious. Portions are a good size. Not so large you need to take some home or so small you leave hungry. Make a point of circling around to Linear."

"Linear offers a stylish and modern dining experience with a beautiful view of the icy trees and river, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant serves New American cuisine, and while the food was good, it didn’t quite leave a lasting impression. The drinks menu offered a fun variety.
The highlight of the meal was the mussels appetizer, which stood out as the best dish of the night. Everything else was enjoyable but not particularly memorable. Service was polite and friendly, but our server wasn’t very attentive, which slightly took away from the experience.
Overall, Linear provided a pleasant evening with great ambiance and decent food, but it didn’t quite reach that “must-visit” level for me."

"Went for birthday dinner. It was busy and loud but did not wait long for table as we made reservation and requested to sit outside. Their menu is very small and apparently changes often. Ordered crab cakes for starter and after 20 mins of waiting were told they ran out and we replaced with Fried Calamari which was hard and got sent back. Ordered Steak entree which tasted like nothing and Grilled Shrimp with rice. The shrimp that were not overcooked were good and the rice was undercooked and hard in outer plate. Only enjoyed the Paloma cocktail and Cherry Bread Pudding dessert. Probably would return and give another try as it did not appear to be the best day to visit as reviews for restaurant are mostly good."
