Reviews Summary
Ming's Cafe garners praise for its exceptional service and delicious, well-presented dishes like the honey walnut shrimp and sushi. Diners often highlight the friendly and attentive staff. However, some reviews mention concerns about the quality and variety of cuisines offered, with one reviewer describing the food as "terrible 'Asian' food" and citing issues with frozen ingredients and poor service when busy.
"Amazing food! Best honey walnut shrimp I’ve ever had! As you can tell the sushi was so good we didn’t even wait to take a picture and were more than halfway done before we thought to snap a picture. The presentation was 10/10, the sushi came on a flaming plate!!! Highly recommend."

"My husband and I enjoyed dinner here earlier this week. The staff was absolutely fantastic, they were very warm and friendly. I got the chicken Pad Thai and my husband got the combo Pho, both of our dishes were delicious. We highly recommend Ming’s!"

"Pretty terrible "Asian" food. Much of the food that we endured was frozen or processed, not made in house (see frozen tempura pic).
There are too many Cuisines on the menu from Thai to Japanese to Chinese. The fish on display for the sushi looked questionable and was not properly wrapped. (See pic)
If you are looking for a place that can heat up some Costco spring rolls, this is the place for you. Service was pretty poor when the place was not crowded and only got worse when more people came in.
The seating is pretty atrocious with a couple of tables in the main aisle, which means you have servers running around you all night.
There's also a very unwelcoming sign that says we can refuse service to anyone. I'm wondering what happened to prompt that sign to be posted (see pic). Overall it just felt unwelcoming like they were doing us a favor to serve us."

It’s a similarly modern setting nearby at Ming’s Cafe, where locals crave the sushi and chicken from the wok. Also by this strip is Slope and Hatch, a hip, counter-serve spot for hot dogs, tacos and beer.
