One thing it has going for it is that it’s one of the few Cuban restaurants left in Knox/Sevier territory, but even better is the fact that they do what they do well. Their Cuban sandwich was right on the mark, and the sautéed, shredded beef that I had ordered was a unique Latino twist on the barbecue concept.
