Reviews Summary

Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que is celebrated for its flavorful, award-winning BBQ, with many praising the tender meats and generous portions. Diners also rave about the unique starters and classic Southern sides. However, some reviews note that the meat can occasionally be dry, and certain dishes may not meet expectations.

"On a Tuesday afternoon, there were a surprising number of bbq restaurants that were closed, but this one was open and had desert reviews. Turned out to be pretty terrific! I got the Texan Combo, which was a large platter of ribs, pulled pork, bbq chicken, brisket, and sausage, which were ALL very good (the sausage was really yummy with a little bit of spiciness to it). The service was fantastic with a manager checking on us and our server was very attentive. Plenty of seating was available, and I would definitely come back again."

Travis S. (Travisimo)

"There is a small free parking lot behind the building. The building is the BBQ and pizza place. It was quite loud in side, staff was friendly but our waitress didn't have much info to help pick drinks with the one being a moon shine mixture and didn't eat American food so didn't know what was good food options. Wasn't strong on alcohol after I drank it. The sampler was really good biscuit, chicken sausage, pulled pork, ribs. The chicken piece was decent, deep fried corn was eh just really buttery. They had 3 BBQ sauces and a homemade tomato based. Honey BBQ and homemade were excellent."

Paul Czajka

"Had the brisket and the ribs. Sides were baked beans which were wonderful. Coleslaw, potato salad, I and macaroni and cheese. The meat was very dry. Overheard a wait staff member say that it was just kept in a warmer. The flavor was very good."
