As you can probably gather from the name, Pasta Bella Restaurant is an Italian joint, but it is also one of the most popular restaurants in Fredericksburg TX. Everything that is brought to the table is homemade, and they even have low-carb and gluten-free options. Some of the most popular dishes on the menu include the Italian Meatball Sandwich, Pasta with Alfredo Sauce, Lasagna, Chicken Piccata, and Ravioli Rustica. After your meal, be sure to stick around for dessert to sample the Colossal Cheesecake or the Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse!

They are located on the corner of Lincoln and Main in the basement of the old Keidel Hospital, a beautiful two-story rock building built in the 1800s. You can even make your own pasta dish by selecting your preferred pasta, sauce, and toppings, just like you would if you were making your own pizza.

Enjoy the taste of fresh, homemade food such as the signature Artichoke Bella with a lemon spinach cream sauce for dipping or order from the classics, including lasagna or manicotti. Pasta Bella was recommended to me by an acquaintance at a party in passing. I could literally feel the energy of Yummy Legit in her mouth, while she was describing how delicious their food was, and man, was she right!. The server was excellent.

As the name suggests, Pasta Bella Restaurant is an Italian gem and a favorite among Fredericksburg’s dining establishments. The restaurant prides itself on its homemade dishes, offering low-carb and gluten-free options as well.

We headed to Pasta Bella per the hostess’s recommendation at Hondo’s. Their wait time was about 1.5 hours so we went next door and grabbed drinks and appetizers at Social Haus while we were waiting for our table.

Had dinner at Pasta Bella one evening and thought it was pretty good. Not fancy, but tasty. Granted, did not have a carb in 4 weeks, so any carbs would have tasted great.

Pasta Bella: Offering a relaxed outdoor dining experience, this Italian restaurant is perfect for a casual lunch with your four-legged friend.

I don’t know what it is about Fredericksburg, but all their food is so good and at a reasonable price!
