The steak wasn’t seared, some tricks didn’t work, and the chef’s customer engagement was sub-par. The prices are lower than in most Hibachi restaurants and they add an 18% gratuity to all party sizes."

"I ordered hibachi shrimp receive a bowl full of water veggies and shrimp tasted disgusting! Being that I love rice I am very aware that hibachi is not served in a bowl of nasty water . I Called spoke with someone who stated their name was Jason and that there was no manager available and there would not be one there tomorrow to see about fixing my food! Kumos in for Myers is a JOKE ! Food is never up to par and definitely not worth it ! And then there is people like Jason with no customer service skills! Who will ever be any help ! Very disappointed and will be getting a refund for the nastiest hibachi I ever had in my life !"
