"Came in during the Sunday afternoon rush... We picked a table near the front.. clean laid back comfortable atmosphere.. our waitress was busy but very friendly.. this is definitely the best home cooking in the area.. before we received our meals some cornbread muffins and biscuits were brought over.. they were so good, the cornmeal muffins were my favorite.. We had the catfish with yam's and collards.. delicious "" the breading on the catfish was right on"" I had the white meat chicken with cornbread stuffing, mash potatoes gravy and collard's..collards tasted great .. the stuffing was good and mash potatoes were tasty.. I felt like I was eating at my Mama's for Sunday dinner.. the pie taste yummy! I got the Pina colada pie since the coconut pie was sold out and it tasted awesome I thought I'd take a bite and save it for later but once I started there was no stopping ..also had a slice of chocolate pie ( 😋 yum) the Farmer's Market ended a delicious afternoon for us .. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.. I know I'll definitely be returning!"

"Absolutely a great meal! We stopped in for lunch on our way to Ormond and by far the best food I have had in a while. Definitely worth stopping in. The chicken sandwich was hot, had a lot of flavor and filling. My husband loved his chicken with the white gravy. Service was good. Cannot say anything but the best about this place."

"Food was great, portions are ample. Service was efficient and speedy. Fried green tomatoes were the best. Prices were great $10-$20 a person. From the outside it looks like a double wide trailer but you walk in the door and the country vive takes you away. Very cozy place to eat."
