Reviews Summary

Grey Ghost Detroit receives high praise for its inventive menu, particularly its signature burger and craft cocktails, set in a modern and hip atmosphere. While many commend the outstanding food quality and attentive service, some diners find the prices to be on the higher side and have experienced occasional issues with food temperature or consistency.

"Top tier!! Brussels were fried to perfection with a balanced apple cider honey sauce. Filet was perfectly tender and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of brightness from a tangy arugula topping. I loved the pairing for that, and it was a 12oz cut!! I will come back just for this filet…. My friend got the dry aged NY strip steak which was absolutely phenomenal. Aside from the fact that he eats his steak medium-well which isn’t the kitchens fault… the cauliflower puree under that was chefs kiss as well, really enjoyed the nod to mashed potatoes make it more texturally delightful. I would recommend the pot pie as long as you enjoy earthy - the mushrooms really shine in the roux with flaky pastry. Been meaning to check this spot out for a bit, really happy we finally made it! Atmosphere and service was wonderful to top it off. Great experience all around will be back."

Amanda Grayson

"What an absolute culinary delight! I suggest making reservations ahead of time because this is a very popular spot. The ambiance was very modern and romantic but also a place you can take the family. The service was outstanding...they gave us a great insight over the menu and made some amazing recommendations. They have several drink selections and they are fun and flavorful. The food was amazing and seasoned to perfection...highly recommend the short rib and snapper! We will be back again to try and burger...we here they are incredible...they do not begin serving food until 5pm, just an FYI. Recommend this spot to anyone in the area."

Robert Jones

"Phenomenal food! Absolute outstanding. Every dish we tried was delicious. Our server was delightful and explained each dish we were interested in. The atmosphere is relaxing with a clean modern decor. I cannon recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be returning."
