Rustic, French farm table ambiance where they use the freshest local ingredients to present an often changing menu. They suggest 3-5 plates to share and enjoy the flavors of the season.
We had crab cakes, duck, wild boar, and gnudi before finishing with the vanilla pudding and vanilla cake. Of course, we had to try their namesake chartreuse and compared the green vs. the yellow."

Lunch and dinner menus change frequently, but often focus on well-prepared seasonal meat and seafood dishes paired with vegetables.

The surprisingly concise menu covers a lot of geographic terrain (panang curry short ribs, potato sausage with spaetzle, and masa tots with smoked poblano salsa).
