Our last stop on our quest to find Denver’s best bakery takes us to RiNo, where I think I’ve found the best bakery in the entire state of Colorado: Izzio Bakery at Denver Central Market. Those with a keen eye may recognize the Izzio name, as their sourdough bread is well-known and can be found in most supermarkets across the Centennial State. I’m a giant fan of Izzio’s sourdough, but I’m an even bigger fan of its pasties.

The Denver Central Market is a food hall that features a variety of vendors selling everything from pizza to seafood. It’s a great spot to graze and try a little bit of everything, easily one of the best places to eat in Denver. One of my favorite vendors is Izzio Artisan Bakery, which has amazing fresh-baked bread and pastries, plus the famous La Roulette (the viral Croissant Roll) pictured below.

Talking of RiNo, Denver Central Market is one of the best things to do in Denver if you love a cool spot to hang out for a few hours around lunchtime. Perched within a repurposed warehouse, it’s home to a diverse mix of local and independent vendors that make Denver so great. Once inside, stop by Temper for their eclectic chocolate creations and grab a tipple at Curio Bar – they’re both so good.

Scratch made vegan food, hands down the best vegan food truck in Denver. Wong Way is open year-round with a rotating menu so you will want to hit it up often!. Our favorite place to visit Wong Way Veg is on Wednesdays outside of Nooch Vegan Market or Sundays til 1 at Drag Brunch @ Town Hall Collaborative (check the calendar on their site).
