Owned and operated by second-generation Chef Suzanne Perrotto, Rose’s Daughter is an American Trattoria that features a fresh take on the authentic Italian dishes that Suzanne grew up with in her family’s restaurant in New York. Open Tuesday through Sunday at 4 pm for social hour, Rose’s Daughter begins serving dinner at 5 pm. You can start with an appetizer of charcuterie or house-made burrata and follow up with calamari and zucchini fritti or wood-fired shrimp.

Bathed in a warm, amber glow and bedecked with rose-filled vases, Rose’s Daughter in Delray Beach is one of those homey restaurants that makes you feel good the moment you step inside. “Good energy,” a dining mate said soon after we sat. An open kitchen and a buzzing bar bookend the front dining room, and a hallway lined with canned Italian tomatoes and sacks of Caputo flour lead to a back room with leather banquettes and a rear patio with a bar.

Rose’s Daughter opened in the Pineapple Grove area of Downtown Delray in 2019, featuring modern Italian cuisine inspired by the owner Suzanne’s family’s trattoria in New York. It’s the sister restaurant to one of Delray’s most beloved spots, Brulé, which opened since 2008, and one of my favorite date night restaurants in Delray Beach.

I had the Vegan pizza on a gluten free crust and it’s insanely delicious. One of the tastiest gluten free crusts I’ve had.

Delicious, nice size space, very accommodating and child friendly. My 6yo with celiac loved the gf pizza and she is picky!
