All of Elisabetta's pasta, bread, gelati, pastries & cookies are made in house daily. The chef is Lisabet Summa, its namesake and she is very particular about her pastas and offerings. For her it is the meticulous care put into each dish which is most important like the Mafaldine Pasta ribbons which old a hearty amatriciana sauce or the Puttanesca Pasta which features a rich herbed sauce deepened with Sicilian ingredients including pistachios and mild white anchovies.
