Located in the Pineapple Grove Arts District, just off of Atlantic Ave, Brule Bistro is a favorite. They offer a brunch menu with tapas and salads including: Crispy Broccoli with Hummus, Curry, Smoked Sea Salt, Chipotle Aioli; Tuna Poke with Cilantro, Serrano, Soy, Ginger, Avocado, Cashew; The Brulé Burger with a Short Rib & Brisket Blend, Aged Cheddar, Portobello, Arugula, Tomato, Tarragon Aioli, House Brioche, Fries. Try their smoked fish dip & chicken and cornbread waffles topped with.

The lively Brule' Bistro showcases generations of authentic Italian recipes with a stylish New American flair. Led by Chef Suzanne Perotto, this Delray Beach stunner reimagines classic dishes with locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability. Sister restaurant to Rose’s Daughter, Brule offers a sumptuous array of decadent dishes like charcoal bone marrow and escargot, shrimp paella, and seared diver scallops with potato croquettes and organic quail egg.

Brulé Bistro, also in Pineapple Grove, prides itself on its fresh local ingredients and novel preparations; besides its grilled avocado small plate, I favor the crispy duck. Nearby, the patio at Banyan Restaurant & Bar wraps around the gigantic trunk of a banyan tree. Across from the beach, Caffé Luna Rosa, Italian with a clubby, wood-paneled interior, has long been a mainstay, offering a daily brunch as well as lunch and dinner.

Brule Bistro in Delray Beach is a hidden gem that caters to those seeking a fresh and innovative culinary experience. As I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional lunch. The menu was a delightful combination of classic dishes with a modern twist, and I was immediately drawn to the fried shrimp tacos.

If you are looking for fresh ingredients, craft cocktails, and a chic yet comfortable vibe, look no further than Brule. Delray locals flock to Brule for their handcrafted menu items that pair perfectly with their innovative drinks. Plus, the menu is constantly changing to match the ingredients of the season, so no matter how many times you visit, you can try something brand new.

Tucked away just a few blocks off Atlantic Avenue in the Pineapple Grove Arts District, Brulé Bistro is one of the first meals I eat after landing. I always order their crispy broccoli with hummus and smoked fish dip, but my absolute favorite is the chicken and waffles (cornbread waffles, to be specific), served with cheddar, bacon, a chipotle aioli, and plenty of maple syrup.

Situated in the Pineapple Grove Arts District, Brulé Bistro is a trendy spot that combines a relaxed atmosphere with gourmet cuisine. The brunch menu caters to vegetarian diets with choices like grilled avocado or Rose’s albacore tuna melt. Those stopping by for dinner will enjoy an expanded menu featuring organic salads, seafood bisques, and wood-fired bone marrow.

For a blend of sophistication and casual charm, Brule Bistro offers a unique dining experience in Delray Beach. Known for its European-inspired cuisine, this neighborhood bistro features a seasonal menu with dishes like yellowtail snapper and crispy octopus. This New American gem serves a simple brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday consisting of a BLTE sandwich, an omelette, a breakfast club, and more.

Perrotto, who also operates the popular Brule Bistro on the same block in Delray’s Pineapple Grove neighborhood, calls Rose’s Daughter “an American trattoria.” Chef de cuisine Cory Willard comes from a French culinary background, something that can be sensed in his balanced sauces and the composed plates he and Perrotto create.

Whatever your culinary desire, Brule Bistro has you covered. From mouthwatering seared scallops to a lip-smacking lamb burger with gorgonzola, this restaurant is sure to please even the most discerning of diners.
