Royal China Restaurant in Dallas is an absolute delight for dim sum lovers!. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was inviting, the service was exceptional, and the dim sum was out of this world.

Another was the famed Zhang Xue Liang, aka Charlie Zhang, who was at Royal China for many years, then went to Imperial Noodle in Richardson, although he is no longer there; he has reportedly returned to China.
