"Our Place is a real small town, down home, every day breakfast eatery. Diane and Steve keep this place looking and running like the valuable asset to the community that it is! The food is GREAT. You get what you pay for. This is NOT a Custer or Hill City restaurant that over-charges you and under-feeds you. This is a place for locals who want to connect with their neighbors and other residents of the town - and for the transient seasonal vacation crowd to enjoy as well!
The interior is full of decorations from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s that I would see at my Grandma's country house - things that make you feel like you are part of the family here in this place. The food is traditional, country diner fare - it tantalizes the taste buds, comforts the mind, and sticks to your ribs.
Diane is a kind and thoughtful waitress/server with a smile, a kind word, and good heart.
Steve makes a KILLER meal - no matter what you are ordering he does a great job.
We are so thankful to have a place like this in our town, with kind and thoughtful people like this who have made a great places for us to go and share in Custer culture!
