"Came here for dinner after 11 hours on the road doing leaf peeping on the Kangamagus Highway in the White Mountains of NH. Needless to say we were exhausted and hungry. This family friendly steak house was the answer to our prayers. The service was superb, the delicious food came out fast and the place was bustling with activity. We ordered the 12 Oz steak special and a large garden salad. Prices were very reasonable."

"Girls weekend getaway and we had dinner on Saturday evening. The food was wonderful. I had the steak tips dinner. Cooked perfectly and great cuts of beef. The dinner salad was very large, not a tiny little bowl of lettuce, and fresh! The staff... we were seated immediately on a busy Saturday night at a nice window table upstairs. Our waiter, Steve, was outstanding! Engaged, cheerful, funny and accommodating. Prices were not outrageous at all. My only thought, but not a complaint, because it was busy, is it was quite loud while enjoying our dinner. A lot of people in one room. Overall, I highly recommend you visit and enjoy the great food and the people making sure you enjoy your evening!"

"Our server today was great, older gentleman with white hair. Very attentive ! My husbands nachos were total rubber not and not edible . My burgers was so undercooked and greasy . My kids enjoyed their meals. Yesterday when we tried to come the lady at the front desk said “ we aren’t seating” in such a rude way as we walked in. But we tried it again today. As we were leaving today they must have thought we already left because they were cleaning our table and they said “ I had a brood at this table I need a broom now “ . Yes I have kids. Yes they were behaved. Yes they might have dropped a few fries or a little pasta. Sorry my “ broods” presence was such an annoyance . Only positive part was the older gentle server with the white hair. He was fantastic. The older women are all rude . We won’t be back."
