Brassica - This is an assembly line style fast casual spot (ok I’ll say it – a Mediterranean Chipotle) with high flavor that is affordable and DELICIOUS. They have bowls, sandwiches, wraps with whatever combination of vegetables, proteins, sauces and toppings you want – we loved the chicken shwarma with pickled vegetables, and super creamy hummus, but I feel like you can’t really go wrong with any mix!. This is a must try place in Columbus!

I’ll be honest and tell you that I probably wouldn’t have chosen to eat at Brassica on my own but I’m so glad it was recommended and that I decided to take that recommendation. Brassica is located in the Short North neighborhood and is full of incredibly colorful and flavorful Mediterranean food. You can choose a salad or sandwich and top it with as many toppings as you’d like!

If you’re looking for fast-casual, but still nice dining, Brassica is the way to go. Brassica is a build-your-bowl style Mediterranean eatery. Owners and brothers, Kevin & Darren, opened the restaurant, and named it as “an ode [to] a family of vegetables known for their serious nutrition.

The Brassica menu is probably like nothing you’ve ever tasted — Trust me when I tell you to give it a chance. The lunch we had at Brassica is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. This quick-service restaurant makes for a perfect lunch while shopping in Short North.

Though the staff was very friendly, they were not informative. I am allergic to wheat/gluten, I let the staff know, and two workers assured me that the selections I picked were gluten/wheat free. Within the hour after eating here, I was having a huge reaction.

Nothing sounds better than Mediterranean made easy, and no one does it better than Brassica. You basically get to create your own pita or salad with their huge assortment of food and ingredients. And to complement the taste, everything looks so beautiful.

Brassica is new to me and I feel that my life is a little bit better for having tried it!. It is owned by the same folks as Northstar. The way you order your food is a lot like Piada or Chipotle.
