Reviews Summary

Fat Racks BBQ is celebrated for its authentic Texas-style barbecue, with many praising the tender brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs as standouts. Diners also appreciate the flavorful pulled pork and unique loaded baked potato options. While the service is generally friendly and the food quality high, some reviews mention the brisket being dry, suggesting inconsistency.

"We stopped by for dinner and were blown away by how tasty it was! The menu is small but everything we ordered was delicious - I would particularly recommend the ribs, which were the best I have tasted. The BBQ sauce was also fantastic.

The restaurant was full when we arrived and continued to be a busy spot throughout the evening. Prices were good for the portion size and quality of the food, and the service was very friendly.

We are very likely to return to this restaurant."

"Deluxe nachos are so amazing!!!! Can smell the smokers running from several blocks away. Follow your nose to something delicious. Make sure you take your receipt next door to Libations for a discount on a tasty slushy!! The real estate sign in the window makes me fear they may not be around much longer. Hopefully they are just moving at worst. We will see what the future holds. Updates to come if needed."

Erik Randle

"We're constantly in search of the best bbq, but unfortunately, this place didn't measure up compared to others we've tried. Their brisket didn't appear to be freshly cut and was dry, as if it had been reheated. Great service and wonderful people working there, however not somewhere we'd be likely to revisit."
