We came for Sunday brunch. Our mouths were wide open when looked at the cocktail menu. Upstairs a blues band was jemmin’. Innovation is an understatement eight he cocktails. All four were outstanding. Including an mule with CBD gummy.
Biscuits with rhubarb and peach jam were classic and excellent. Shrimp salad appetizer had a kick and each of the 8 ingredients danced.
The 4 dinners were outstanding. Subtle flavors delicately arranged for your palate to explore. Sauces on point!
When you take a bike your eyes close and you have a moment. Next your eyes open wide with amazement, and you start pushing your plate to friends with insistence to share.
The service was on point! Chef came out to check on his guests. A memorable meal in a memorable place."

"Love the concept of having multiple chefs under one roof. We ate off of Chef Kenyatta’s menu and the flavors were superb. I highly recommend the peanut garlic noodles! We also got some drinks and the desserts from Poppyton’s to die for. I would give 5 stars but the short black chairs you all have are not built for larger bodies. They were super uncomfortable, I recommend replacing them. Other than that, my experience was amazing."

Proof's unique concept brings some of the best food to you from multiple chefs/bakers under one roof. Their cocktails are unique and on point. The price is very reasonable and I couldnt believe our experience there cost us so little. We had a great drink master that night, and glad we chose to sit at the bar. Will recommend this spot to any friend visiting Chattanooga."
