Reviews Summary
Church and Union Charlotte offers a trendy atmosphere with innovative dishes, though opinions on food quality and service can vary. While many praise the vibrant ambiance and unique culinary fusions, some diners have noted inconsistencies in seasoning and attentiveness from the wait staff. The restaurant is particularly popular for its weekend brunch offerings.
"The food was really delicious but the customer service we received from our waiter Adrian was the icing on the cake!! He made our experience one we will never forget. He was attentive, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make our dining experience amazing! He made my friend bday brunch memorable! I have nothing bad to say about the food. Everything we had I would certainly go back and get again. I added photos and a quick video. Enjoy!"

"Church and Union in Charlotte is serving up serious vibes. The atmosphere? Bold, moody, and absolutely worth dressing up for. Service was decent—friendly but could’ve used a bit more attention to detail. That said, the food made up for it. Everything I had was above average, but let’s talk about that chicken karaage app… easily one of the better ones I’ve had in a while—crispy, flavorful, and gone too fast. Definitely a spot I’d recommend, especially if you’re looking for a place that brings style with substance."

"Had Father's day brunch here, and it was good. The drinks were good, and they offered a complimentary pastry to begin. It was delicious, but after taking a bite, we noticed that there were hairs on the plate under the pastries. We alerted the service, and the manager came and apologized and gave us more pastries. Everything else we ate was okay. Service was good. Nothing really stood out taste wise. The size of the breakfast platter was definitely a conversation starter though."
