"There are few things in this world that I would drive 4 hours for; a meal at Bistro de Margot is now on that list of few things.
Every dish served for my fiancée and I were simply incredible, she has never enjoyed a steak anywhere else, and that speaks volumes to the perfection that was each dish. From the presentation to the quality and taste it has so far been the single most enjoyable dining experience we have had to date.
It was a true delight to meet Chef Hervé at the end of our meal and really speaks volumes to the enthusiasm and effort he brings to the culinary experience he has cultivated here.

We appreciated Amy’s friendly service and Chef taking the time to chat. The food is unreasonably delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant ranks as good as some Michelin restaurants we’ve been to throughout Europe and better than some! The prix fixe 3-course at $78 is well worth it. We loved everything! Super stand outs were the steak frites, lobster foie gras creme brûlée, lemon pie in a jar and the peach tart. Looking forward to our next visit!"
