The boards and ingredients always looked incredible and as soon as they posted they were open we made the trek up from Pueblo with our chilly bin for some charcuterie treats! Service was amazing and I was told a story about cheese mongers singing to cows on more than one occasion. Which was a true delight! Just the human interaction was a delight! And they made you feel warm and welcome. No cheese snobbery to be found anywhere!"
