The Cajun mac delivered satisfying spice and tremendous flavor, but the shrimp was a little overcooked, and if you’re spending $28 on an entree, it might be time to think about steak.

Trillium is the newish restaurant and bar inside the Grove Hotel. I like it because it has excellent food, but I really like that it doesn’t feel like you are in a hotel bar. They have happy hour Monday through Thursday, with the exception of nights when a Steelheads hockey game or other event is going on in Centurylink Arena.

Offering a fantastic vibe, it's a perfect spot to enjoy great recommendations and immerse yourself in the local scene. The food and atmosphere were great. I had the opportunity to go check out Trillium for their grand re-opening. They recently updated everything about this restaurant & I really loved the decor, the new menu, the different bars you can sit at and the overall feel. I went to the grand opening with a group of foodie friends & let’s just say we had a blast!

I recently had a wonderful brunch at Trillium Restaurant in Boise. The ambiance was delightful and the service was top-notch. Although the fish was a tad overcooked, the chicken and waffles were absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend them.
