"Shu Shop is a great ramen restaurant in downtown Birmingham. The ramen was delicious and the cocktails were very good. I usually don’t like ginger in my drinks but the hostess insisted so I tried it and I was pleased I did.
The only thing I can take away from service is that we were told 15-20 minute wait but it ended up being 60-65 minutes.
The inside had very nice mood lighting. And the staff were very nice and professional.
I will def be coming back for more!"

"I ordered the ramen. It was just okay. But it’s a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They have much better options if you eat meat but for vegetarian & vegan dishes, it is extremely limited."
