"Came on over to enjoy a great beer. I had walked here from about 10 blocks away and just want to give fair warning that there is a slim window of safety in this neighborhood. So stay close to the boardwalk.
Now on to the food. I had a fiddlehead beer which was nice. Ordered the fruits di Mar plate with white wine garlic sauce. It was a bit heavy on the mussels and about half were sandy. Quite a few broken shell pieces in the noodles. Noodles were perfectly cooked and I drank down all the delicious sauce at the end.
At the end I got the boot and fruit bucket drink to take next door to the cigar bar. It has about 4 shots of whiskey in it. It was yummy.
Bartender was a cool guy."

"If you find yourself in Atlantic City and want a spot that’s fun, laid back, and all about good vibes, the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is the place to go. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—casual enough that you feel comfortable the second you walk in, but lively enough to make it feel like you’re part of something special.
The food is way beyond what you’d expect from a typical beer hall. Every dish feels thoughtfully made, and you can tell they put real effort into both flavor and presentation. It’s the kind of menu where you’ll want to branch out and try something new, but also where the classics are so well done that you’ll keep coming back to them.
The staff really tie the whole experience together. Everyone I interacted with was upbeat, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to be there—something you don’t always find. They make you feel like more than just another customer.
And of course, the beer selection is unmatched. Whether you’re into local brews, unique crafts, or just want a perfectly poured pint of something familiar, they’ve got it covered. It’s easily one of the most impressive tap lists you’ll find in the area. One beer I’d recommend is the “I really Love NJ” it was very good. Like a lager, but a little lighter and it had great flavor.
Overall, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall isn’t just a place to grab a drink—it’s an experience that makes Atlantic City feel a little more like home. There were also plenty of TVs to watch the game."

Why Atlantic City’s Food Scene Might Be Having a Renaissance Right Now
Harlem was part of a coterie of clubs including Little Belmont, The Paradise Club, and Wonder Garden, on Kentucky Avenue, which acted as the entertainment center for the Northside neighborhood in AC. Thanks to redlining and other discriminatory practices, the black professional class was boxed in on the Northside of Atlantic Avenue, and segregated beaches meant that the vacationers staying at black-owned hotels like the Randall and Wright's could only go to the Missouri Avenue beach in front of the convention center. Folks came from all over to eat Sap's Barbecue and sausage sandwiches at Clifton and Alma Washington's Wash's Restaurant.

5 Places You Can Always Count on for Live Music in A.C. | Nightlife
Completing the Orange Loop circle, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall was the one that started the music revolution on the Orange Loop, mostly offering great cover bands along with occasional original acts, including regular appearances by Eliot Lewis, the guitarist and keyboardist for Hall & Oates. With a small stage backed by a quirky piece of original artwork inside along with an awesome outdoor space that entertains hundreds at a time when the weather permits, the Beer Hall features live music every week of the year. In the offseason you can expect solo artists on Fridays and duos, trios and bands on Saturdays, but in season, the Beer Hall features music as many as five times a week.
