It was an inspiring experience. Every bite was delicately prepared right in front of us and it’s evident there was a lot of thought placed into every single bite.
Service was detail oriented; I loved that they picked up on me being left handed and adjusted their service accordingly.
The venue is lovely. It’s a joy to sit in front of the chefs and get to chat with them about the quality of the food.
There is valet parking ($10).
I will say that my only quarrel was with the pricing. I truly value the fresh ingredients that are flown in to provide a quality product and the experienced chefs that have dedicated themselves to the craft, but they could have added 2 more bites to the meal. Would have been perfect amount. We did the omakase and ended up adding on a couple things to be properly full. I would’ve loved to just get full off the omakase alone and not have to fuss with additional things.

"Wowowow!! I went to Mujō for dinner as someone who really has never had nigiri or craved it (my boyfriend reaaaaally likes this kinda stuff though). I was honestly nervous about whether I would enjoy the food if I hadn’t previously enjoyed raw fish. I WAS SO IMPRESSED!! All of the food was so amazing (except for the uni/sea urchin but I feel like that’s an acquired taste). Even things like mackerel (which I’ve had before but was always way too fishy for me) were perfectly prepared and not fishy at all. There were a lot of other supplemental options, but the staff were not pushy in the least. The chefs were friendly and welcomed conversation if you asked questions. The vibe wasn’t pretentious at all but was definitely luxurious! Even the bathrooms had heated seats and one of the most fancy bidets I have ever seen. This meal was so much fun from start to finish and was such a joy to experience. The price tag is very high but I feel like the experience we got was so worth it. Everything was so thought through, every flavor was beautifully balanced, and they even give you a pretty little Japanese fabric as a thank you for coming.. GORGEOUS!! If I had unlimited cash, I’d come here all the time! Don’t get me started on the ice cream.. it was so perfect."
